Katrine joined Zacco in 2008. She works with drafting, filing, and prosecution of patent applications, patent oppositions, as well as novelty and infringement patent searches and she also takes part in infringement cases.
Katrine works within the field of Life Science and Chemistry, and has special expertise within organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals and food technology.
Katrine holds a Master of Science in Medicinal Chemistry from the University of Aarhus. At the University she worked within the field of neuropsychiatry with prior focus on the monoamine transporters and how antidepressants and psycho stimulatory drugs binds to the primary binding site of the monoamine transporters.
She qualified as a European patent attorney in 2013. She is further a member of EPI and the Association of Danish Intellectual Property Attorneys.
