Jens Jørgen joined Zacco in 2014 and has worked as patent attorney in private practice since 1997. He holds a Ph.D. in fluid mechanics from Technical University of Denmark and is trained in mechanical engineering specialising in thermal energy but his professional experience as patent attorney spans a wide range of technical areas.
In addition to drafting and prosecution of patent applications, Jens Jørgen has extensive experience in opposition proceedings before the European Patent Office and in patent litigation mainly before Danish courts.
Jens Jørgen has since 2002 been a CEIPI tutor in Copenhagen. He is a member of the EPI and the Association of Danish Patent Attorneys. Jens Jørgen has a working knowledge of English and Danish and a basic knowledge of German.
Jens Jørgen is listed as a recommended individual in the prestigious IAM Patent 1000 ranking.
