Iram is a UK Chartered Trade Mark Attorney and has 15+ years of experience in dealing with trade marks and intellectual property. Her experience includes global trade mark filing strategies, pre-filing clearance, and the monitoring, management and enforcement of trade marks.
Before joining Zacco in March 2021, Iram worked in private practice advising start-ups to high profile and luxury brands within a multitude of sectors including FMCG, gaming, sport, fashion, cosmetics, automotive and retail.
Iram provides strategic advice on the adoption of brands right through to their registration, use and enforcement. Iram has experience in dealing with registry disputes, such as oppositions and cancellations and has represented her client’s at hearings at the UKIPO.
Iram is a member of CITMA and IPREG.
