Fabio’s IP and legal practice covers trademarks, designs, domain names and anti-counterfeiting. He has extensive experience of IP strategy work, prosecution, contracts, negotiations as well as contentious and non-contentious matters for companies ranging from one-inventor start-ups to multinationals.
Fabio started his career as attorney at law with Cannizzaro Law Firm in Italy in 2001. Before joining Zacco in 2015, he was working as an IP Attorney with IP firm Chas. Hude in Copenhagen from 2007-2015.
Fabio holds a Master of Laws from Universitá degli Studi di Milano as well as a Master of Laws from Copenhagen University. Fabio is fluent in Danish, Italian and English.
Fabio is a member of several IP-related associations, such as e.g. MARQUES (The Association of European Trade Mark Owners), the Pharmaceutical Trade Marks Group (PTMG) and LES Scandinavia, the Licensing Executives Society.
In 2021, he is ranked for the first time on the WTR 1000 – The World’s leading Trademark Professionals, featuring Fabio as «hailed for his innovative, proactive mindset».
